About Telly
Originally from Rochester, New York, Telly has called the Pacific Northwest home for over a decade. A graduate of the Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage, Telly transitioned from a culinary career to a results-oriented LMT dedicated to clinical excellence. His approach is deeply rooted in his heritage; growing up in rural Greece, he was inspired by his grandparents’ traditional healing practices and a culture of communal care.
Expertise & Philosophy
Telly specializes in injury recovery and chronic pain management, having spent four years in a physical and occupational therapy clinic. He excels at treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and repetitive motion strain. In 2025, Telly completed advanced training in Myofascial Release (MFR) at the Moving Mountains Institute in Portland, further refining his ability to facilitate long-term structural change.
