About Lauren

Lauren believes every body is a unique, dynamic system that deserves an individualized approach to care. A graduate of East West College of Healing Arts (2016), she combines a lifelong background in athletics with a passion for movement, hands-on therapy, and helping others achieve lasting results.

Expertise & Philosophy

Her treatment approach integrates deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and PNF stretching to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore healthy movement. With additional training in Tui Na, Structural Integration, and Craniosacral Therapy, Lauren customizes each session to meet the unique needs of every client. Her goal is not only to address current discomfort but also to create meaningful, lasting improvements in how clients move and feel.

Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, hiking with her dog, Ryuu, reading, camping, paddleboarding, and exploring Oregon with her partner, Corey.
