Expertise & Philosophy

Recently relocated to Portland from Colorado, Lindsay brings a wealth of expertise in deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and Swedish massage. Her warm personality, attentive care, and therapeutic approach help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel their best.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Lindsay is an avid animal lover who has raised all kinds of animals—including a pig named Kevin Bacon!
